Terms and Conditions

Cumulative Invoicing: Our billing system is structured in a tiered, cumulative manner, which works as follows:

First Tier (up to $99,999): The invoicing rate for the initial $99,999 of the estimated total value is charged according to Tier 1 rates. If your project value is $99,999 or less, only this tier's rate is applied.

Second Tier ($100,000 to $199,999): If the project value exceeds $99,999, the amount from $100,000 to $199,999 is charged at the Tier 2 rate. This is in addition to the full amount charged at the Tier 1 rate for the first $99,999.

Third Tier (above $200,000): For any value over $200,000, the excess is charged at the Tier 3 rate. This charge is cumulative, adding to the amounts calculated at the Tier 1 and Tier 2 rates for their respective ranges.

All estimates are subject to a minimum charge of $125.
